When you have a bunch of records, you can view them all at once, or you can view them in a more detailed form format. If you’re looking at a list you can sort them to your heart’s content, using existing views or your own views.

For example, you can sort and view accounts by location, by payment status, or by assigned sales representative. If you decide that some of your information is incorrect or no longer needed, you can edit or delete an item.

The following sections show how to edit individual records. If you need to add, edit, or delete lots of records in one fell swoop, see the “Working with Datasheets” section later.
